Reporting a bug

The more detail you can give, the faster it gets fixed. Helpful things to include:

Your iPhone model and iOS version
The app version from Settings, About
What you expected to happen
What happened instead
The steps that reproduce it

Requesting a feature

Bedsheet Queue has a long roadmap, and a good number of the items on it started as messages from people using the app. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve rather than the solution you have in mind, and we will look for the best way to handle it.

Response times

Bedsheet Queue is made by a small team. Most messages get a reply within two to three business days. Bug reports that affect a lot of people move to the front of the queue.

Your privacy

The app itself has no account and stores your bedding data on your device. Anything you send through this form is used only to answer you. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
