Terms of Service
Last updated 1 January 2026
In plain language. Bedsheet Queue is a household utility for keeping track of bedding. You own what you put into it, it lives on your device, and we ask that you use the app lawfully and sensibly. These terms set out the details.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SwiftVisions LLC covering the Bedsheet Queue iPhone application and the website at bedsheetqueue.com. By downloading, installing or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.
If you are using Bedsheet Queue on behalf of a household or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
2. What Bedsheet Queue is
Bedsheet Queue is a consumer application for managing a bedding collection. It records beds, sheet sets, rotation queues, deployments, laundry states and the history of all of them, and presents statistics based on what you have entered.
It is an organisational tool. It is not a medical, hygiene, safety or health product, and nothing it displays should be treated as professional advice of any kind. Decisions about how often to change or wash your bedding remain entirely yours.
3. Your licence to use the app
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to install and use Bedsheet Queue on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the app, remove any proprietary notices, or use it in any way not permitted by these terms or by applicable law.
4. Your content
Everything you enter into Bedsheet Queue remains yours. That includes your bed and sheet set records, your photographs, your notes and your history. The app stores this information on your device, and we neither receive it nor claim any rights in it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photographs or other material you add, and for keeping your own copies of anything you would not want to lose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app or website for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or to this website
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app, the website or the contact form
- Use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or bulk unsolicited material
- Use automated means to scrape, overload or probe this website
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bedsheet Queue reliable and to improve it over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of iOS as the platform moves forward. Where a change would materially affect how you use the app, we will try to make that clear.
Roadmap material, marketing copy and descriptions of planned functionality describe our current intentions. They are not commitments, and plans can change.
7. Purchases and the App Store
Bedsheet Queue is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any purchase, subscription, refund or billing question is handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's own policies. We cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf.
If a future version introduces optional paid features, the price, what is included and how to cancel will be presented clearly before you buy.
8. Data, backups and loss
Because your information is stored on your device, keeping it safe is a shared responsibility. We build the app to persist your history reliably and to migrate it safely between versions. You are responsible for maintaining device backups.
Deleting the app, erasing your device, or restoring from a backup that predates your data will remove or revert your records. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything on your behalf. The app provides an export feature so you can keep your own copy.
9. Intellectual property
Bedsheet Queue, including its software, design, artwork, illustrations, wordmark, icon and all text on this website, is owned by SwiftVisions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
The names Bedsheet Queue and SwiftVisions, and the associated logos, may not be used without our written permission. Apple, iPhone, iOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
10. Third party services
This website uses Formspree to process contact form submissions, and the app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they run. Links from this website to other sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Bedsheet Queue and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of defects, or that every calculation or statistic it presents will be accurate in every circumstance. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftVisions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Bedsheet Queue or this website, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app or the website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or twenty five United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftVisions LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app or the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.
14. Termination
You may stop using Bedsheet Queue at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and SwiftVisions LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not resolved informally, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us through the contact form so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
16. Apple as a third party beneficiary
This agreement is between you and SwiftVisions LLC, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Bedsheet Queue or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party may have relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Bedsheet Queue after the revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the app.
18. Contact
If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch through the contact form and choose the Business Inquiry or General Question topic.
