Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
The short version. Bedsheet Queue stores your bedding information on your own device. There is no account, no sign in, and no analytics. The app does not send your beds, sheet sets, photographs or history anywhere. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form on this website.
1. Who we are
Bedsheet Queue is an iPhone application published by SwiftVisions LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SwiftVisions LLC, and "the app" refers to Bedsheet Queue. This policy covers both the app and the website at bedsheetqueue.com.
2. Information in the app
Everything you create in Bedsheet Queue is stored locally on your iPhone. That includes:
- Beds you create, with their names, sizes, notes and preferred change intervals
- Sheet sets, with their names, materials, colours, brands, purchase details and notes
- Photographs you add to sheet sets and beds
- The rotation queue for each bed
- Deployment records, including start dates, end dates and service nights
- Wash events and laundry state changes
- Your settings and preferences
None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. The app has no server component and requires no account. If your iPhone is offline, every part of the app that manages your bedding works exactly as it does when it is online.
The app makes one kind of network request. When you open its Settings screen, it may download a short public list of other apps by SwiftVisions, with their icons, to show under More from SwiftVisions. Once it has a list, it checks for a new one no more often than that list asks, and never more than about once an hour; until the first list has arrived, it tries each time you open Settings. The request contains no information about you, your bedding or your use of the app, and no identifier, account or cookie. As with any web request, the server that answers it sees your device's IP address in its ordinary access logs; we do not use that to identify or track anyone.
3. Photographs and the camera
You can photograph your bedding, or choose existing images from your photo library. The app asks for permission the first time you use either feature, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Images you add are copied into the app's own private storage on your device so they remain available even if you later remove the original from your photo library. They are not uploaded, not analysed, and not shared. Deleting a photograph in the app removes the stored copy from your device.
4. Notifications
Bedsheet Queue can remind you when a bed is due for a sheet change. These are local notifications, scheduled by the app on your device from information already stored there. They are not push notifications, they do not involve a server, and no device token is sent anywhere. You can turn them off in the app's settings or in the iOS Settings app.
5. Information on this website
This website is a small set of static pages. It does not set advertising cookies, does not use analytics or tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of visitors.
Like almost all websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These may include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser type and the referring page. These logs are used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose problems. They are not combined with any other information and are not used to identify individual visitors.
6. The contact form
The contact form on this website is handled by Formspree, a third party form processing service. When you submit the form, the name, email address, subject and message you enter are transmitted to Formspree and then delivered to us.
We use that information only to read and answer your message, and to follow up if your enquiry needs more than one exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for marketing.
Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and handles it under its own privacy terms. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in a message sent through the form.
7. No tracking or advertising
Bedsheet Queue contains no advertising, no third party software development kits for analytics or attribution, and no tracking of any kind. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we have no data to share with data brokers because we do not collect any.
Apple provides aggregate, anonymised information to developers through App Store Connect, such as the number of downloads and crash reports, if you have chosen to share that information with developers in your iOS privacy settings. We receive that only in aggregate form and cannot use it to identify you.
8. Backups and device transfer
Because your bedding data lives on your device, it is included in your iPhone backups if you back up to iCloud or to a computer. Those backups are controlled by Apple and by your own settings, not by us. Restoring a backup to a new iPhone restores your Bedsheet Queue data along with it.
The app also lets you export your data as a file so you can keep your own copy. Where that exported file goes after you create it is entirely up to you.
9. How long information is kept
Information in the app stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting a bed, a sheet set or the app itself removes the associated data from your device. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference, and are then deleted.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold is a message you sent us through the contact form. You can ask us to provide a copy of it or delete it at any time by writing to us through the contact form. Information stored only in the app is already entirely under your control on your own device.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising.
11. Children
Bedsheet Queue is a general audience household utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the revised version here. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will make that clear in the app or on this website. Continuing to use Bedsheet Queue after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
13. How to reach us
Questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, are welcome. Please use the contact form and choose the topic that best matches your question. Every message reaches a person.
